Our Offerings

We offer a full range of services to support the production of espresso machines and parts.

Engineering & Design

We utilize the latest versions of SolidWorks and AutoCAD software. We can work with CAD files, 2D designs, and can reverse-engineer products from a physical sample. TML also provides professional consulting services, which includes engineering, production, and design support to our customers

Fabrication

Stainless steel is our material of choice for fabricating. We specialize in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG), LASER Welding, and MIG Welding (Metal Inert Gas). Our unmatched craftsmanship ensures that our customers receive high-quality, well-built products that are custom to them.

  • Precision welding
  • Custom metal fabrication
  • Structural-metal fabrication
  • Tube laser and laser cutting

Deburring & Polishing

Centrifugal and Centerless

The high energy in the process comes from centrifugal force generated by machine up to 30G’s of force, resulting in uniform motion in every barrel. Centerless belt grinding is the first choice for high production and efficiency.

  • Prevents damage to parts
  • Provides a consistent finish
  • Provides precise finish every run
  • Produces ultra-fine surface finish

Machining

Machining, also known as subtractive manufacturing, is used to remove material to create parts for machines, such as espresso machine parts.

  • Precision and parts machining
  • CNC machining
  • Milling and turning
  • Swiss screw machining

Our Process

At TML, we believe that relationships are key to the success of any project. From concept to completion, we work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision mirrors the outcome. We understand that the manufacturing process can be complex and challenging, which is why our proven process can be tailored to meet all project expectations.

  • Research & Design

R&D is typically the first stage of the development process where we help develop new production methods or partake in improving existing products. This phase entails concept development, project planning, engineering, and CAD designs.
  • Prototyping

Prototyping is the process of creating a model or mockup of a product or design. We use prototypes to test various aspects of the product, such as its feasibility, user experience, and manufacturability. Prototyping can be done with a variety of materials, including 3D printing.
  • Manufacturing & Production

Manufacturing is the process of taking raw materials and converting them into products. To manufacture something effectively, it's important to have a clear understanding of the entire process. We specialize in fabrication, machining, and laser cutting.
